At Ray White Tea Tree Gully we welcome the most recent announcement from the Prime Minister regarding important changes to the way the real estate industry operates. There will be no more open homes or public auctions.
Our members have switched to virtual property tours, private inspections and private auctions where the auctioneer will call for bids from bidders watching on their computers. Routine inspections by our property managers are now digital, and all other critical work to maintain properties will observe physical distancing and recommended hygiene measures.
Ray White has always been at the forefront of technology, which has allowed us to remain open for business during times such as these. Therefore, we are now offering Virtual Appraisals to property owners via their chosen video platform (Skype, Facetime, Zoom, etc). We still have very eager buyers ready and waiting to purchase a home in your area.
We are also offering Virtual Rental Appraisals should you be looking to rent or lease your property.
We will be constantly reviewing how we operate to ensure we meet or exceed changing government and community standards. There will be no shortcuts.
“It might give Australian’s comfort to know that our housing market is performing very strongly. There is strong demand from buyers and plenty of listings, this is great for the Australian economy and the confidence of all homeowners, in such uncertain times.” – Dan White
