Auction Day Excitement

We know Auction can achieve fantastic results for our Vendors. It provides the seller peace of mind with a clean, clear unconditional contract on the fall of the hammer. This means no cooling off, no special conditions and their preferred settlement time period.

Buyers are welcome to and offered the opportunity to conduct a pest/ building inspection prior to auction if they intend to bid. We do ask that their finance, should it be required, be sorted prior to bidding.

Auctions provide complete transparency for our buyers and seller. Placing one buyer against another to ultimately compete for the best price for that property on the day.

At Ray White Tea Tree Gully we provide on-site auctions to obtain the atmosphere and excitement of the day. We regularly provide refreshment vans to the site to ensure that needs of the crowd are catered for
